UPDATE: This resort is finished and has just opened to rentals. I've seen several units, including a penthouse 3 bedroom that is the most gorgeous thing I've ever been in! One of the coolest things at Laguna Keyes is the way they've done the balconies. Instead of the white cement balcony that most places have, they've done theirs in a see-thru aqua plexiglass. Wait until you see the kind of view of the ocean you get with that! Unbelievable! I recommend this as the best rental for 2006. This is one beautiful condo resort!
